- 1 cup toasted breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add chopped onions and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, and cream of chicken soup; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with cheddar cheese and then sprinkle breadcrumbs combined with melted butter on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
