- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the Tuna: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper. Pour over tuna steaks in a shallow dish and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Preheat Grill or Pan: Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- 3. Sear the Tuna: Place marinated tuna steaks on the grill/pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown while keeping the center rare.
- 4. Add Sesame Seeds: Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before removing from heat.
- 5. Serve: Plate the tuna steaks alongside your favorite sides and drizzle with extra marinade.
