Instructions
- Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
- Marinate sliced beef in a mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, and grated ginger for about 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, sauté broccoli in oil for 3 minutes until bright green and crisp; remove from skillet.
- Stir-fry marinated beef in the same skillet until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked broccoli back to the skillet with beef, pour in the cornstarch slurry, and cook together for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
