Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- With wet hands, shape the mixture into oval-shaped meatballs about 2 inches long.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F) or set your oven to broil.
- Cook the koftas for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
- Allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving hot with pita bread and sauces.
