Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prepare toppings: dice tomatoes and shred lettuce.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Drain excess fat; add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Warm corn tortillas in a separate skillet over low heat for about 1 minute on each side.
- Assemble tacos by spooning beef onto warm tortillas and topping with tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
