Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before cooking for a seamless experience.
- In a large pot, boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown (about 7 minutes per side). Let rest and slice.
- In the same skillet, add diced bacon and cook until crispy (about 5-6 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan until smooth; season with black pepper.
- Add drained spaghetti back to the skillet with bacon; pour egg mixture over while tossing to combine. Gradually add reserved pasta water until you reach desired creaminess.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
