Ingredients
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about an eighth of an inch thick.
- Cut each sheet into squares and place a spoonful of Greek yogurt mixed with honey or maple syrup in the center of each square. Top with fresh blueberries.
- Fold corners toward the center to form parcels and pinch to seal. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place pastries on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
