  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about an eighth of an inch thick.
  3. Cut each sheet into squares and place a spoonful of Greek yogurt mixed with honey or maple syrup in the center of each square. Top with fresh blueberries.
  4. Fold corners toward the center to form parcels and pinch to seal. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  5. Place pastries on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
