Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Halve larger sprouts for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the prepared sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Serve hot, optionally drizzled with balsamic reduction or lemon juice.
