Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and gradually add grated Parmesan until melted.
- Mix in buffalo wing sauce and adjust spice level to taste.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
