- 8 oz sliced turkey breast
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 ciabatta rolls, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pesto sauce on each ciabatta half.
- Layer turkey slices, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes on the bottom half.
- Add fresh basil leaves and top with the other half of the ciabatta.
- Drizzle olive oil on both outer sides of the sandwich.
- Grill in the skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing in half.
