Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt half a cup of unsalted butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly, place one tablespoon of mozzarella in the center, fold over the edges, and roll into balls.
- Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
