- Store-bought pizza dough
- Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out pizza dough to ¼ inch thickness.
- Spread minced garlic over the dough, then layer with shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels cut-side up on a greased baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
