Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and sauté onions until soft.
- Layer thinly sliced potatoes over the beef mixture in the skillet.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and seasonings; pour over the potatoes.
- Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
