- 4 cups cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- 2. If using fresh cauliflower, chop into florets; if frozen, thaw as needed. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
- 3. In a bowl, combine half of the cheddar and mozzarella with sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower and stir until well coated.
- 5. Top with remaining bacon bits and cheese.
- 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
