- Pepperoni Slices

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick, then cut into 3-4 inch squares.
- Place a few pepperoni slices and a generous amount of mozzarella in the center of each square.
- Gather the corners of each square and pinch to seal tightly.
- Brush olive oil over the sealed bombs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
