Instructions
- Finely chop or grind the chicken breasts in a food processor until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties about half an inch thick.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat; drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Cook each patty for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Serve on buns with your choice of toppings like ketchup, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes.
