- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken into the sauce until well coated.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
