Ingredients
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until well combined. Mix in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined.
- Divide half the batter among the ramekins. Place cherries in the center and cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but centers remain soft. Let cool slightly before serving.
