Instructions
- 1. Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- 2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt until lump-free.
- 3. Combine Wet Ingredients: Stir the melted butter and condensed milk into the yeast mixture.
- 4. Form the Dough: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
- 5. First Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour).
- 6. Shape and Second Rise: Punch down dough, shape into a loaf, place in greased loaf pan, cover again, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- 7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown (about 25-30 minutes). Cool before slicing.
