- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the linguine: Boil salted water and cook linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the chicken: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add garlic and herbs: Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in cream: Lower the heat, whisk in heavy cream, and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Mix cheese and parsley: Stir in grated Parmesan until melted, then fold in chopped parsley.
- Toss with pasta: Add cooked linguine to the skillet, mixing gently until well coated in the sauce.
