Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and milk until frothy.
- Fold in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar into the wet mixture.
- Gradually combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir just until mixed (lumps are okay).
- Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
