- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh fruits or berries (seasonal)
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gently fold in fresh fruits or berries.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow cooling completely before slicing into squares.
