Creamy Boursin cheese pasta is a quick and delightful dish that combines rich flavors with a velvety texture for an unforgettable weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 5.2 oz Boursin cheese (any flavor)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente, following package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Optionally, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in Boursin cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Drain cooked pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat well with the sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot topped with parsley and Parmesan.
