- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 5.2 oz Boursin cheese (any flavor)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente, following package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Optionally, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and stir in Boursin cheese until melted and creamy.
- Drain cooked pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat well with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot topped with parsley and Parmesan.
