  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; arrange them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, minced garlic, dried thyme, and half of the chicken broth. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Layer Swiss cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. In another bowl, combine stuffing mix with remaining chicken broth until moistened. Spoon it over the cheese layer evenly.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
