Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Place the seasoned chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
