- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Your choice of toppings (e.g., 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, chopped chives, and cooked bacon bits)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat dry.
- Poke several holes in each potato using a fork.
- Rub each potato with olive oil, followed by sprinkling with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a lined baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven, cut open lengthwise, fluff the insides with a fork, and add your desired toppings.
