- 1 lb fresh salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into uniform bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
- Toss salmon cubes in cornstarch until lightly coated.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, sriracha, garlic powder, and lime juice.
- Fold the coated salmon into the sauce mixture and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray.
- Place marinated salmon in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through if desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
