- 4 medium Russet potatoes (about 800g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
- 1 tsp salt (6g)
- 1 tsp paprika (3g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (3g)
- ½ tsp black pepper (2g)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the Russet potatoes into 1-inch thick wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange half of the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning. The wedges are done when golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
