Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the Russet potatoes into 1-inch thick wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange half of the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning. The wedges are done when golden brown and crispy.
