- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, ensuring an even coating.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch until well combined.
- Place the fried chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle the sauce over it, and bake for 15 minutes until caramelized.
