- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In one bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. In another bowl, whisk together minced garlic and olive oil.
- Dip each chicken breast into the garlic oil mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
