Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken breasts dry to ensure crispiness.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed pretzels.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with crushed pretzels.
- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
