Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each frozen ravioli into the egg wash, ensuring it's well coated, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the breaded ravioli on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
