Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and thoroughly dry the chickpeas using paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas with olive oil and salt. Toss well to coat.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
