Instructions
- Prep the carrots by washing, peeling, and cutting them into sticks about 4 to 6 inches long and 1 inch thick.
- If making homemade hummus, combine drained canned chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic (if using), and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency of the hummus by adding olive oil gradually until desired creaminess is achieved.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve carrot sticks on a platter alongside the bowl of hummus. Drizzle with olive oil or sprinkle paprika for extra flair.
