- 1 teaspoon paprika (or your choice of spices)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then pat them dry using paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
