Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until fully combined. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour this cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife to create marbled patterns.
- Scatter fresh blackberries on top before baking for about 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
