  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in chopped Oreos.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
