- 24 Oreos (for crust and filling)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until well blended.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in chopped Oreos.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
