Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs (parsley, dill, thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish lightly with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- Arrange the cod fillets in the dish and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Top with minced garlic and chopped herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
