Instructions
- Blend rolled oats, ripe bananas, eggs, milk, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about one-third cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (another 2 minutes).
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
