- 1 pre-made pizza crust or dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

- jalapeños for added spice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface or place the pre-made crust on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add sliced red onions and jalapeños if desired.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing.
