Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in a bowl with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil; sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli florets; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet; mix well with broccoli and cook for an additional minute or two. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
