Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions in oil until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Add ground beef and garlic; cook until browned (about 8 minutes).
- Stir in mushrooms, paprika, salt, and pepper; sauté until mushrooms soften (about 5 minutes).
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir for one minute, then gradually add broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Reduce heat, mix in sour cream until smooth. Fold in cooked egg noodles until well-coated (10-15 minutes).
