Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until sandy. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish as the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in half the berries into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour half the cheesecake batter over the crust; drop spoonfuls of remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before chilling for at least four hours or overnight.
