Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- For the brownie layer, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time. Gently fold in cocoa powder and flour.
- For the cookie layer, cream softened butter with both sugars. Beat in eggs, then add flour and chocolate chips.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top, then add the remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out slightly moist but not gooey.
