  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese until well mixed.
  4. Generously fill each pepper with the chicken mixture.

  6. Place the peppers upright in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
