Ingredients
- Fettuccine pasta
- Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Sirloin steak, cut into strips
- Cajun seasoning
- Heavy cream
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Minced garlic
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add seasoned shrimp. Cook until pink and opaque, then remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if necessary and cook sirloin strips seasoned with salt and pepper until browned on all sides.
- Lower heat, pour in heavy cream with steak juices, stirring until thickened. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine cooked fettuccine and sautéed shrimp into the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
