Ingredients

  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Heavy cream
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Minced garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add seasoned shrimp. Cook until pink and opaque, then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if necessary and cook sirloin strips seasoned with salt and pepper until browned on all sides.
  4. Lower heat, pour in heavy cream with steak juices, stirring until thickened. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Combine cooked fettuccine and sautéed shrimp into the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
