Instructions

- Shred the chicken: Allow it to rest briefly, then shred using two forks into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, chopped cilantro, diced avocado, and salsa. Mix gently to avoid mashing the avocado.
- Assemble the burritos: Lay each tortilla flat. Add generous portions of the filling to the center, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Heat (optional): Place seam-side down on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
