- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk; dredge in flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully add chicken and fry for about 10-12 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
