- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 2 tsp dried dill)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Coat salmon fillets in half the marinade; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill salmon skin-side down for 5-6 minutes; flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes until flaky.
- Serve topped with remaining dill sauce.
