- 1 lb ground halal beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
- 4 dill pickles, sliced
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 4 burger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, sauces
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground halal beef with salt and pepper until well combined. Form into four equal-sized patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, cooking to your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of grilling, toast the burger buns cut-side down until golden brown.
- Assemble each bun with a grilled patty, pickles, and onions. Add optional toppings as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
